Fee Schedule:
Unless otherwise noted, these are the fees per class for the 2008 classes:
BAAR and MSBR Members:
$15.00 for 1.5 hour
classes
$30.00 for 3.0 hour classes
Non-Members:
$20.00 for 1.5 hour classes
$35.00 for 3.0 hour classes

Continuing Education Requirements:
The Maryland Real Estate Commission website maintains a current list of continuing education requirements.
Class Registration:
The Course Registration page will allow you to register for the courses listed above and will link you to the Realtor® E-Commerce site where you may immediately pay your registration fees via Discover, Mastercard, Visa, or check. You may register for multiple courses at once, if you wish.
