Professional Standards Committee

The Professional Standards Committee conducts hearings to resolve complaints of unethical conduct and requests for arbitration. At the conclusion of the hearings, the committee submits a report of findings and recommendation for disciplinary action, if any, to the Board of Directors. Committee consists of a member from each Real Estate Office. No member may serve on both Grievance & Professional Standards Committees during the same year. All members sign up for a 3-year term and must attend training.

Committee meets: When Grievance Committee passes on ethics complaints or requests for arbitration.
