Grievance Committee

 

This committee, comprised solely of REALTORS® is responsible for screening all written complaints of unethical conduct and requests for arbitration to determine from the information presented whether the complaint is substantiated to the extent necessary to present it to the Professional Standards Committee for a hearing. No member may serve on both the Grievance and Professional Standards Committee during the same year. Members are signed up for 3-year terms and must attend training. Committee consists of one member from each Real Estate Office.

Committee meets: whenever ethics complaints for requests for arbitration are filed.
