Bylaws Committee
This committee conducts a yearly review of the Association Bylaws to ascertain conformance with the NAR guidelines and directives from the Board of Directors of the Bay Area Association of REALTORS®, Inc. This committee shall draft and present recommended changes to the Directors. The yearly review shall be conducted by November 1st of each year. By directive of the Board of Directors, this committee shall follow through with proposed changes, making presentation to the Directors as required by the Bylaws, shall coordinate NAR and MAR compliance reviews, and other related duties, if required, throughout the year.
Committee meets: 2-3 times a year
