Occupancy and Space
- Set up: 7:30am – 9:30am on the day of the show
Show begins at 9:30am
- Booth to be maintained until 6:00pm.
- All exhibits must be broken down and removed by 7:00pm.
- Booths may not be dismantled prior to the close of the show. Violators of this policy will not be guaranteed exhibit space at the next Expo.
- Exhibits are limited to contracted exhibitors only. Sub-leasing, sharing with or representing and distribution of materials for other business are prohibited.
- Exhibits must be confined to space allocated. Circulars, publications, advertising matter and all kinds of promotional giveaways may be distributed only within the table space. You may not stand at the entrance or anywhere on the property and distribute information other than at your booth. Cars in parking lots are also not to have materials left on them. Nothing shall be posted, nailed, tacked, screwed or otherwise attached to the walls, floors or other parts of the building or furniture, signs, etc.
Electric
- Electric supply is limited. Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cords.
Cancellation
- No refunds for cancellations.
Miscellaneous
- No animals/pets will be authorized on the grounds of Chesapeake College.
- Selling your products/service is permitted.
- Door Prizes are encouraged! Door prizes will be announced at the “After Expo Mixer”. Recipient must be present to win.
Booths
- One 6 ft. x 2 ft. table with tablecloth and skirting.
- Displays cannot obstruct foot traffic areas.
- Displays are limited to your display table top area.
